THE DALLES — The No. 7-ranked The Dalles High Riverhawks extended their win streak to three with a 54-11 non-league girls basketball victory over the McLoughlin High Pioneers Jan. 3 in Milton-Freewater.

The Riverhawks (8-1) led 16-4 at the end of the first quarter en route to their most lopsided win this season. McLoughlin is a Class 3A school with a 2-7 record after the loss.
