THE GORGE — A candidates forum for Senate District 26 (SD26) and House District 52 (HD52) will be held from 7-8:15 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 24 at the Hood River Valley Adult Center, 2010 Sterling Place. A meet and greet with the candidates will be held from 8:15-8:45 p.m., with refreshments served.

SD26 candidates Nicole Bassett (D) and Jeff Helfrich (R), and HD52 candidates Scott Hege (R) and Hank Sanders (D), will answer questions submitted in advance of the forum. Constituents are invited to submit questions to info@gorgenews.com by noon on Monday, Sept. 21. Questions can be specific to HD52 or SD26; questions will not be accepted from the audience during the event.
