Carmen's Kitchen reopens in Bingen

Free news: After a contractor struck an eight-inch water main in April, Carmen’s Kitchen was one of several downtown Bingen businesses that closed due to flooding, as previously reported by Columbia Gorge News. Above, Mt. Adams Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting for the restaurant earlier this month to celebrate its reopening.
