Several community members attended the first Farmers Market of the season in The Dalles on June 7, held at The Dalles City Park. Jason Johnson, of Double Circle Spirits, offers Nick Martinez a sample at their booth. Offering a range of vodkas, gins, whiskey, bourbon and even maple syrup, their spirits are made from wheat grown at their ranch just outside The Dalles and then distilled in Portland.
