More than half of adults in America make the same meals, week after week; in Gen Z, that jumps to 65%, according to a recent survey from OnePoll, commissioned by Hopscotch. Tim Masterson from Dinner Solved points out most households eat roughly 10-15 meals on rotation. But what many families try to do to break the cycle can actually make things worse, leading to dinner fatigue.
