Grilled Salmon Luncheon is available for $20, served from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
This day of celebration of regional Native American culture and traditions begins with a ceremonial blessing in the Museum’s beautiful River Gallery, followed by traditional arts and crafts demonstrations, music and dance performances, artisan vendors, storytelling and more.
Bringing cash for purchases is advised.
The locally-caught, $20 salmon lunch is provided and grilled right outside the museum by Salmon King Fisheries, a local Native American-owned and operated- business. The menu includes roasted winter vegetables, rice pilaf and dinner rolls, iced tea and water.
The Columbia Gorge Discovery Center & Museum created this event to honor and thank our local Native American community for their historic and ongoing contributions to the thriving culture, economy and stewardship of the mid-Columbia River Gorge.
