HOOD RIVER — Oregon State Police (OSP) responded to a single-vehicle crash on Highway 35 near milepost 100 in Hood River County on Sept. 13 at approximately 2:36 a.m.

According to an OSP media release, the preliminary investigation indicated a silver Subaru Outback, operated by Omar Julio Solano-Delgado, 33, Hood River, was traveling southbound on Highway 35 when, for an unknown reason, the vehicle collided with and went through the guardrail before traveling down a steep embankment.
