Collin Carter, 2009 graduate of Hood River Valley High School, has been named to the Dean’s List for the fall semester of the 2014-2015 academic year at Portland State University. Carter, a health sciences and community health education double major, is a senior.

Carter is the son of Cathy Carter, of Hood River, and Dr. Ralph Carter, also of Hood River.
