Art Center greets October artists Thursday, Oct. 2

Andrew Pate is a talented watercolorist whose figures and landscapes are reminiscent of the Impressionists. Local to the Columbia River Gorge, he can't help but be inspired by the scenic area. However, his focus tends to lay in the expression of the human figure. In addition to watercolor, Andrew sketches in pencil and charcoal.

Dan Noble,

Elsie Petrequint-Noble

Dan and Elsie make quite the artistic couple. Both Nobles specialize in ceramic artworks, both pottery and slab design. Dan is known for his use of rich and vibrant glazes. Elsie is often most remembered for including calligraphy in her ceramic designs.
