Hood River Distillers is seeking a skilled, self-motivated Distiller to join our distillery team. This hands-on role covers all aspects of fruit preparation, fermentation, and distillation, from operating and maintaining stills to conducting quality control and proofing. The ideal candidate has 4-6 years of distillery experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
