THE GORGE — United Way of the Columbia Gorge welcomed nonprofit leaders, volunteers, donors, and community partners to its annual Partner Organization Reception at Best Western PLUS Hood River Inn to celebrate the organizations working every day to strengthen communities across the Columbia Gorge.
During the reception, United Way presented $60,000 in Quarter 2 funding to its 34 partner organizations, supporting programs that provide food security, housing assistance, youth development, education, mental health services, and other essential resources throughout Hood River, Wasco, Sherman, Klickitat, and Skamania counties.
