Hood River resident Thomas Betts traveled to Klamath Falls for the Oct. 14 Ring of Fire, where the sun formed a "ring of fire" around the moon. "I took these photographs with my 130 mm refractor," Betts said, adding that it was cloudy until right before and after the eclipse.Â
