THE DALLES — The Dalles High (TDHS) Riverhawks enjoyed a successful start to their OSAA Class 4A girls volleyball Tri-Valley Conference schedule by winning their opening league road game, 3-1, at Madras on Sept. 23.

The defending Tri-Valley Conference champion Riverhawks (1-0 TVC, 7-3 overall), guided by fourth-year Coach Teresa Morris, concluded their very tough nonleague schedule with a 3-0 home win, Sept. 15 over Pendleton (7-9), a 2025 state playoff squad. The matchup versus Pendleton marked the sixth straight game versus a 2025 state playoff squad for The Dalles.
