HOOD RIVER — Hood River Valley High School (HRVHS) continues to set a high standard for student success, with a four-year graduation rate exceeding 90% for the fifth year. The Oregon Department of Education (ODE) released graduation rates on Jan. 30, reporting that 90.86% of HRVHS students graduated on time last spring — well above the state average of 81.8%.

This achievement results from years of dedication, starting in early childhood education and continuing through elementary, middle, and high school. Over the past decade, HRVHS has seen a steady increase in graduation rates, a testament to the hard work and dedication of its students, educators, support staff, and families. Hood River County School District (HRCSD) credits this achievement to a strong sense of community, innovative programs, and a commitment to ensuring every student has the resources and support they need to succeed.
