Undersheriff Brian Rockett started his career with Hood River County Sheriff’s Office in 1995 and retired earlier this month.

HOOD RIVER — Hood River County Sheriff’s Office (HRCSO) Undersheriff Brian Rockett has retired after 30 years of service. He began as a reserve deputy in 1995, and hired full time in 1997. In 2013, Brian Rockett was appointed Undersheriff by newly-elected Sheriff Matt English, and he served in that role until his recent retirement.

“Over his 30 years of service, Undersheriff Rockett has served the Hood River community with professionalism and distinction,” said a HRCSO press release. “His leadership in our office has left a lasting legacy and will be missed, but we are overjoyed for him as he moves into retirement. Undersheriff Brian Rockett, thank you for your service to our community.”
