The two-story, 1700 square foot townhome features 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a living room, a full kitchen, a 1-car garage, and ample street parking. There is a washer/dryer unit located in an entrance space shared with a tenant in a basement unit. Pets are prohibited.
Rent is $950 per person. Utilities average less than $200 per person. A 12-month rent agreement is preferred.
The residence sits on private property in an idyllic, quiet location, within walking distance to downtown (via the 2nd Street staircase), Wilson Park, and the Heights District.
As a culture reporter at a local news media company, I have a deep interest in the arts, particularly film and music. I’m also an avid outdoorsman, frequently biking, hiking, running, and swimming around the Gorge. My love for sports extends to football, basketball, and baseball, which I follow passionately. I consider myself active and social, often out of the house on weekend evenings, either on assignment, visiting friends in my hometown of Portland, or enjoying Hood River’s beer scene.
