HOOD RIVER — On June 5, the Hood River City Police arrested Bryan Matthew McGeeney, 47, in connection with an investigation being conducted by the Hood River County Sheriff’s Office, Hood River City Police, and other members of the Columbia Gorge Major Crimes Taskforce.

McGeeney, a resident of The Dalles, is currently being held at NORCOR in The Dalles on a total of 46 charges. He was arraigned on June 8 on a multitude of felony charges that include Rape 1, Rape 3, Sodomy 1, Sodomy 3, Trafficking in Persons, and Delivery of Cocaine to a Minor. These charges stemmed from a report to the Hood River County Sheriff’s Office and subsequent investigation. The investigation was brought before a grand jury, and a secret indictment issued, leading to a warrant for McGeeney’s arrest.
