The following dispositions occurred in Klickitat County Superior Court on May 21, 2012.
Rolando Angel Gonzalez-Chavez, 20, of Goldendale, pled guilty to malicious mischief in the second degree and was sentenced to 15 days in jail, converted to 120 hours of community service. Chavez is the third of four defendants to plead guilty to egg-throwing incidents that damaged a number of vehicles in the Goldendale area. The defendant must also pay $1,275 in court costs, including $250 to the Goldendale Police Department's Investigation Fund. Restitution to the victims will be set at a later date.
Sean Owen Mallory, 24, of Auburn, pled guilty to violation of the controlled substance act -- solicitation to possess marijuana greater than 40 grams for his participation in a marijuana growing operation discovered by an interagency task force. Mallory was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 353 days suspended. Mallory must also pay $1,700 in court costs, including $500 to the Klickitat County Sheriff's Office Drug Enforcement Fund.
Jeremy Mitchell Wolfe, 22, of Goldendale, pled guilty to criminal trespass in the first degree and disorderly conduct. Wolfe was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 357 days suspended and ordered to pay $1,175 in court costs, including $250 to the Goldendale Police Department's Investigation Fund.
