The Hood River Downtown Business Association is once again hosting the "Halloween Safe Trick or Treat" in downtown on Friday, Oct. 31, from 5 to 7 p.m.

Be sure and visit the Haunted House at Mall 202 on Cascade Street. Be prepared for a scary journey full of thrills and chills.
