The Dalles High Riverhawks baseball team came ever-so-close to getting its first Class 5A Intermountain Conference win April 29 in a doubleheader versus the Redmond High Panthers at Redmond.
The Dalles High Riverhawks girls golf team competed in the Class 5A Intermountain Conference tournament April 18 at Eagle Crest Resort Ridge Golf Course in Redmond and sophomore Nellie Wilkinson had an outstanding performance, shooting 97 to take third place overall individually.
The No. 4-ranked The Dalles High Riverhawks softball team has defeated two teams (Silverton, St. Helens) ranked in the top-10 of the Class 5A OSAA rankings, so it knows what it takes to win against a high-caliber opponent.
