Recently, brush around the Grange Hall was cut to clear the grounds a bit, but members were busy with many other things and hadn’t been able to make time to haul it away. Community residents Greg and Brenda Wiebe volunteered to haul the brush pile away and things look much better around the hall now. Thank you, Wiebes, for helping the Grange out. We appreciate you.

Here’s an update regarding the Glenwood Women’s Club community Easter Egg Hunt coming up on Saturday, April 4th. This year the park will be divided into the following groups: preschool, kindergarten through second grade, and third through fifth grade. The hunt will begin at 10:00 a.m. The Easter Bunny will be there to greet the little kids and pose for photos with them. Many of the eggs are specially marked with money amounts or the words “Bunny Bucks.” Those eggs can be redeemed at the Women’s Club table. A huge thanks goes to Claude McKenzie at the Glenwood General Store for, once again, donating Bunny Bucks, which can be spent at the store. Thank you for all you do for our community, Claude.
