The Dalles Dolphins swim team competed in its second meet this year July 5-7 at Pendleton, and the 35-member group recorded numerous top-five individual finishes.

The squad, guided by third-year Coach Ann Goodman, had outstanding performances by 11 athletes who qualified for the USA Swimming sanctioned Oregon Swimming Inc. (OSI) 10 & under state championship meet July 13-14 in Albany.
