Fresh Start Culinary Arts Program, based at Riverside Community Church, is recruiting students for the next term, which begins May 31.
Do you know anyone who is unemployed or underemployed, who needs skills and a better paying job, and would like a culinary career?
Fresh Start is a 12-week intensive, 40-hour a week training program that prepares graduates for work in Gorge restaurants, and hospital and school kitchens. They will graduate their first class in a few weeks, and the school has already found jobs for all the first graduates.
The only criteria: you must be 18 years old. The program is 100 percent tuition supported, meaning that students attend for free.
