Sweethearts Dance set for Feb. 16
On Saturday, Feb. 16, The Dalles Eagles will have a Sweethearts Dinner and Dance. Dinner from 5-7 p.m. includes baked chicken, salad, baby red mashed potatoes, veggies and a dessert. Country music and dancing with Huggy & the Bears from 7:30-11 p.m. Tickets $10/person; $15/couple in advance.

History Forum events on Feb. 16, 23
The 2019 Regional History Forum at the Original Wasco County Courthouse continues Saturday, Feb. 16 with a lecture by Dave Wilson on Japanese Families in the Mosier area prior to 1942, and Saturday, Feb. 23, with local historian John Brookhouse talking about a long-ago town above Celilo Falls that served as a launching site on the Columbia River.
