HOOD RIVER — Mt. Hood celebrates its second annual Winter PrideFest from Feb. 28 to March 2, a celebration of Hood River’s LGBTQ+ community and visitors. The weekend’s events, influenced by Hood River’s winter recreation and cultural richness, include music, drag brunches, skiing and outdoor events and creative spaces.

HOOD RIVER — Columbia Center for the Arts and Waucoma Bookstore have partnered to create the Gorge Book Festival, a new event from March 6-9, at Columbia Center for Arts, located 215 Cascade, Hood River. Events will include author readings, workshops, panel discussions, a local book fair and all-ages evening events.
ODELL — Columbia Gorge Orchestra Association presents A Slavic Fantasy, March 7 at 7 p.m. and March 9 at 2 p.m. in the Wy’east Middle School Performing Arts Center, 3000 Wy’east Rd., Odell.
THE DALLES — This March, The Dalles Civic Auditorium Children’s Theatre is staging “Aladdin Jr.,” with performances at 7 p.m. on March 1 and 8, and 2 p.m. matinee performances on March 2 and 9.
