HOOD RIVER — Gorge Rebuild-it Center will name the recipient of the Tod J. LeFevre Sustainability Champion Award at its May 17 Earth Day celebration from noon to 4 p.m. May 17. The awards ceremony will take place around 1:45 p.m.
