OREGON — The National Weather Service has issued a Flood Watch for portions of Oregon from 10 a.m. Dec. 8 through late Thursday, Dec. 11, night. Heavy rainfall may result in landslides and debris flows in areas of steep terrain, as well as debris flows in and near burned areas from recent wildfires. The watch area includes the following Oregon counties: Benton, Clackamas, Clatsop, Columbia, Hood River, Lane, Lincoln, Linn, Marion, Multnomah, Polk, Tillamook, Washington, and Yamhill.
