The last lead change of the Jan. 17 boys junior varsity basketball game in Columbia High's Miller Memorial Gym went to Stevenson.
Stevenson transformed an 11-point deficit with 6:09 remaining in the game into a 69-65 victory.
The Bulldogs jayvee's comeback was fueled by a 21-3 fourth-quarter run that turned the Junior Bruins's 56-45 lead into a 66-59 advantage for the visitors.
Columbia's last lead of the night came at 59-57 with 2:29 to play, on a free throw by Taylor Champion.
Stevenson's Mike Renner sank two foul shots 32 seconds later to tie the game at 59-all, then made a fastbreak layin with 1:05 left to give his team the lead for good.
Renner finished with a game-high 25 points.
Columbia, which had four players in double figures, was led by Kyle Earls with 15 points. Champion and Enrique Granados added 11 each and Dane Bargabus chipped in 10.
The Junior Bruins led 21-16 after one quarter but went into the halftime break down 33-29.
But they battled back in the third quarter and eventually regained the lead at 46-45 on a free throw by Kyle Yeager with 1:09 showing on the clock.
They ended the period with a 49-45 lead as Granados hit a 3-pointer just before the horn sounded to cap a 10-0 run.
CHS's surge reached its height at 17 points as Earls drained one of his three 3-pointers for a 56-45 lead with just over six minutes to go in the game.
The Junior Bruins totaled seven 3-pointers on the night but that effort from long range was matched by the Bulldogs at the foul line, where they converted 21-of-35 attempts.
