HOOD RIVER — Hood River Valley’s boys soccer team had four players represented on the 2025 OSAA Class 5A all-state team.
The Eagles, who qualified for the 2025 state playoffs, had one second-team pick — senior midfielder Solomon Parson — in the state-wide balloting of coaches. Senior goalkeeper Emmanuel Galindo was voted to the third team. Rohan Gutierrez, a senior forward, and Miguel Lopez, a sophomore defender, were honorable mention honorees.
Senior Magnolia Clermont, a first-team selection to the 2025 Northwest Oregon Conference girls soccer all-league team, was selected honorable mention to the OSAA 5A girls all state team.
Clermont signed a letter of intent to play Division I soccer next fall at UC Santa Barbara. The Gauchos finished 13-5-5 during the 2025 season, finishing runner-up in the Big West Conference championship playoffs.
