After having 10 days off from their WIAA Class 1A non-league softball schedule, the Columbia High Bruins resumed playing with road games against two tough opponents last week.

On March 26, the Bruins (1-2) traveled to Centralia to face the Class 2A Centralia High Tigers (5-3) and they lost 13-1. Two days later the Bruins faced an even stronger team in the Class 4A Camas High Papermakers (6-2) and they lost 20-2.
