To the editor:

In a world in which Christ is King, reality is defined by love. In a world in which humans act like gods, reality is defined by greed and war. Love informs us that we are not alone; greed and war insist that we are alone, without a higher power to direct our lives. And so if we want our reality defined by love, we will seek our eternal salvation, and our temporal security, through God. But if we feel we don’t need God then we can act like gods and and try to secure ourselves with money and war.
