HOOD RIVER — The History Museum of Hood River County presents “Bonneville Lock & Dam: A Gift from the People of the Great Depression,” with Pat Barry, from 7-8:30 p.m. on April 24.

Barry spent nearly three decades as the lead park ranger at the Bonneville Lock and Dam Visitor Center and will share an insider’s view of the dam’s history. He’ll be covering everything from construction, to floods, to power, river traffic, salmon, Bonneville in films and television and more. There will be time for questions and an opportunity to purchase his book of the same title.
