HOOD RIVER — Big River Community Land Trust (BRCLT) has purchased 2.7 acres on Avalon Drive from Faith Bible Church to create permanently affordable housing for the community’s workforce and families.

“With the potential to develop up to 50 homes for purchase, this project will provide much-needed housing opportunities that ensure local workers can continue to live in the community they serve,” said BRCLT in a press release.
