Hood River — A gun safety rally is planned for March 4 in Hood River at Overlook Memorial Park, Second and State streets, from 4-5 p.m., in support of gun control legislation pending at the Oregon Legislature.

The “HRV Demands Action” rally — masks required — is being organized by Emma Titus, a 10th grader at Hood River Valley High School who has founded Students Demand Action, a chapter of the national group of Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense in America.
