Youngsters have always been a big part of Lions Follies, and this year is no exception. Dozens of kids from 4-18 participate in the musical revue, which closes Friday and Saturday at Hood River Middle School auditorium, 7:30 p.m. Bev Bridgewater directs, and Mike Oates wrote the show, titled “40 Years of Magic,” a tribute to its 40 years. Former kid and Mike’s son, Jimmie Oates, is also in the show.

Tickets are available at the door, and all proceeds go to the Oregon Lions Sight and Hearing Foundation.
