BINGEN — The Bingen City Council faces a vacant seat with the resignation of Councilor Erika Ramsey.

Ramsey recently welcomed newborn son Jesse and is needed at home, she said. City Administrator Krista Loney will advertise the vacant position and reach out specifically to previous council candidates.
