HOOD RIVER — Hood River Cultural Trust, a county coalition of the Oregon Cultural Trust, announces our annual grant opportunity. Our mission is to preserve and strengthen cultural expression through art, heritage and humanities in Hood River County, and increase public participation in culture by enhancing an interest in culture, promoting public access to cultural events and increasing cultural expressions.
