HOOD RIVER — Gorge Grown Food Network is accepting applications for businesses to attend the Hood River Farmers Market’s regular season. The market’s regular season is open every Saturday, May through November in downtown Hood River. Each year, Hood River Farmers Market supports more than 100 local farmers, producers and small businesses selling produce, meat, fish, honey, cheese, eggs, flowers, plants, baked goods, hot foods, art, gifts and more to thousands of customers.
Hood River Farmers Market is a farmer and producer market. The market features products grown, raised or made by the vendor. All eligible businesses offering locally grown or made food, farm and artisan products are welcome to apply. Gorge Grown is especially interested in vendors who can offer dairy products, jams or jellies, locally raised meat, gluten free baked goods, flours, beans, fermented foods, breakfast foods, unique artisan foods and Certified Organic tree fruit or berries.
Farmers markets provide small businesses with an opportunity to build a local customer base and get feedback about products. Hood River Farmers Market also gives entrepreneurs a chance to learn from a network of vendors and experienced small business owners. New vendors have found the market a fun and profitable way to share their products with our community.
Vendor applications and more information can be found on Gorge Grown’s website, www.gorgegrown.com/farmmarket/vendor. To ensure consideration for the 2026 season, farmers and food vendors should apply by Feb. 12. Artists and craft makers must apply by March 2. Applications may close at any time after deadlines pending capacity. Email HRFM@gorgegown.com or call 541-490-6420 with any questions.
