The Klickitat County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Nov. 18 to take comments on a preliminary plat application for a proposal to subdivide 14.18 acres into 15 lots.

The proposed subdivision is known as the "Panorama Point Subdivision." The applicant is Del Matthews of West Patriot LLC.
