Klickitat PUD welcomes its new general manager, Winston Gregory Low, who will be starting in January.

Low entered the electric utility industry after graduating from Texas A&M University. With 24 years of electric utility management experience under his belt as a chief financial officer, administrative manager, consultant, executive assistant, director of special projects, district manager and assistant general manager, he is well equipped to head up Klickitat PUD as it continues to be a leader in the utility industry.
