The White Salmon Arts Council is offering to pay $200 for the winning poster art for the upcoming “I’m Dreaming of a White Salmon” event to be held Dec. 7, the first Saturday in December.

Poster art for the event needs to be submitted by Monday, Nov. 4, and can be brought to Katina’s Cafe, 111 E. Jewett Blvd. in downtown White Salmon.
