Minnie Lee Talley Herman, March 26, 1911, to March 23, 2016, beloved daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great great-grandmother and dear friend, peacefully passed away in Hood River, Ore., just days before her 105th birthday. Minnie was born in Marysville, Okla., on March 26, 1911, to Pleasant Oscar “PO” and Mary Belle Clayton Talley.
