The Bruin girls finished second at district to La Center with 60 points and were led by the 3-4 finish of sophomore Kathryn O’Connor and junior Lilah Zimmerman. O’Connor ran within two seconds of her lifetime best time, finishing in 20 minutes, 16 seconds; Zimmerman was timed in 20:33. La Center junior Sasha Pash edged Kamille Vandevender of Montesano for the individual title, 19:40 to 19:43.
