Three DUII arrests. In one incident, a trooper tried to stop a wrong-way driver for failing to obey traffic control devices and failing to drive on the right. The vehicle fled into a dead-end parking lot, then the driver ran from the vehicle on foot. They resisted arrest and, after multiple take-downs and control holds, a taser was deployed — and was effective. The driver was arrested and lodged at NORCOR on charges of attempt to elude by vehicle, attempt to elude on foot, DUII and resisting arrest. They later provided a breath sample of 0.00%, which did not match the impairment observed by the trooper; a warrant was granted and two blood samples seized. Separately, a driver was stopped for going 104 in a 70 mph zone. They were issued three violation citations and charged with DUII, reckless driving and recklessly endangering another person — an unsecured child passenger. In a third incident, a driver was arrested on charge of DUII and reckless driving and provided a blood alcohol level of 0.20%; they were cited and released along with their two cats, present in the vehicle.

One 13-year-old had no angling license or tag; the 17-year-old had taken one Coho with barbed hooks. The younger was cited for unlawful take with a prohibited method and using barbed hooks, and their Coho seized for donation. The younger got three warnings. Both had been contacted a few weeks prior for similar problems; at that time, four Coho were seized.

Thirdly, an eastbound Hyundai Toyota rear-ended a Ford F-250 and travel trailer on I-84, needed a tow, and was cited for following too closely. Fourthly, a motorcycle rider on Highway 197 left the road and flipped over, landing in soft dirt and weeds. They stated they must have fallen asleep. Fifthly, a Hyundai SUV left its lane on Highway 26 because, the driver said, they attempted to avoid striking another car. Instead, the Hyundai drove onto the shoulder and hit a tree. EMS and ODOT responded first but no state property was damaged. The unimpaired driver refused medical and got a tow and courtesy ride.
