Last year, Georgia’s Blue Ridge Mountains landed on USA Today’s 10Best places to see fall foliage, and will probably rank there again. But the area is about more than just colorful changing leaves. In the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, a 3,000-acre estate is betting families want their vacations to include both a turndown service and a trail map.
