The last history mystery we printed, some weeks ago, was misidentified by us, as the Victor Trevitt House at 214 W 4th St.
Mary Davis figured out it’s the Gladys Seufert house. She lived at 913 Laughlin St., according to City Directories. “If you ‘Google’ this address, you can see what the house looks like today. I believe she took a picture of her own home,” Davis wrote.
So, don’t forget to photograph your house, for the puzzlement of journalists of the future!
