Columbia Cascade Housing Corporation has received a reservation of $43,000 through Oregon Housing and Community Services to assist first time homebuyers.

First time homebuyers in Hood River, Wasco and Sherman Counties may be eligible to receive a $5,000 grant to assist with down payment or closing costs. Interested homebuyers should contact Columbia Cascade Housing Corporation, who will be processing applications and support participants throughout the program.
