Wasco County Fair and Rodeo is set for August 15 -18, and kicks off with a day of free admission for families at Wasco County Fairgrounds.
The 4-H/FFA livestock shows start at 7:45 a.m. on Aug. 15 and run through two days of activities. Interactive games start at 9 a.m., with two hours of free kids’ games starting 10 a.m. on Aug. 15.
Other fun include cupcake and cherry pie contests, Godrey the Magician, Masters family circus, Google drone light show live music and dancing, and Cowboy Church 7 a.m. Sunday.
Demolition Derby starts at 11 a.m. on the final day, Aug. 18.

Klickitat County Fair & Rodeo runs August 14 - 18, celebrating 80 years of age. Festivities include, rodeo events like team roping, team penning and ranch sorting, and a dog show.

In between, a beer garden Reno’s Stage Entertainment Thursday through Sunday, and livestock exhibits are organized.

Skamania
Skamania County Fair and Timber Carnival runs August 14 - 17 at the Skamania County Fairgrounds in Stevenson. Daily livestock and horse shows, 4-H events, vendors and carnivals join demonstrations, contests and kids’ activities. An annual parade, youth market sale and firework show are scheduled.
