Candice Richards
Copper West Properties announces the addition of Candice Richards to its growing team of Brokers.

And she is a local who has a passion for shaping our community.”
Richards grew up in Hood River and has yet to find a more perfect place to call home. Being raised in such a recreational mecca sparked her deep appreciation for the outdoors which continues to be a driving force in her life today. A small-town girl at heart, Richards loves the supportive and generous community of the Gorge and its friendly and conscientious residents.
Upon graduating from the University of Portland with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing, Richards began her professional career as a registered nurse. Upon conclusion of her Master’s degree in healthcare management from Oregon Health & Science University, Candice was inspired to re-engage with her local community and pursue her growing passion for the world of real estate.
Richards credits her nursing background for her meticulous attention to detail, organizational efficiency, and ability to advocate for and educate clients through the process of buying or selling a home.
