A house on the corner of Pomona and Meadow Way gets into the spirit of Halloween for "Little Goblins" who will be visiting tonight. Halloween fun begins in downtown The Dalles from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., followed by Monsters in the Park After Dark at City Park, sponsored by Northern Wasco County Parks and Recreation District from 5 to 7 p.m.
